I just called customer service to report a lost card. Currently my credit shows that I have two credit cards with them a store credit card and a master card.

The last on the phone was rude, nasty and even muted me while I was speaking. I tried to be patient understand what she was saying as she spoke broken English and had a strong accent. She explained to me that I no longer has two accounts and that my store credit card was transition into a master card. Which I understood; however when I informed her that both cards were showing up active on my credit report and asked the timeframe for when it will be removed, she became upset and kept interrupting me as I was speaking.

Saying “mame mame you need to let me talk” .

However when I would she could never answer my question and muted me. I’m really considering canceling my account altogether due to the poor way this lady handled my call
