We went to shop a lot of shopping carts was not working... The store manager of TJ max Atlas's park was standing near we called him and told him none of the shopping carts are not working... He said all of them are the same... What an answer... He is the store manager... He buy a decreaser and do something for the business... So we left upset.... Unprofessional store manager... A lot of customers was upset. How can we shop without a shopping cart... Manager supposed to resolve problems ... Not talk like a baby... All of them are like that.

Payment issue

I had a retail card with TJMAXX three years ago and paid the card off to a zero balance. I also called TJMAXX customer service to make sure that the card was paid off and the account was closed. Your customer service confirmed that the account was paid off and closed. My issue is that it's still being reported to the credit bureau. Can you please stop reporting me to the credit bureau. Gift card ruined my present to my 82 yro mother. Clerk told her she can only use the card 1x and then it rings up invalid. What a load of crap. She had $60 left on that card. Thanks to the clerk who was too lazy to find the real problem.

I buy a lot from online TJ Maxx. Bought quite a lot for Christmas but had to return ONE item. Went to the store in Naples, FL where I live. The cashier called her manager who refused to return my item and told me to go call the corporate office if I was not happy. I happened not to have the receipt of that particular item with me but they could have looked up my purchases which they refused to do. I am extremely aggravated and will not shop TJ Maxx anymore. But I need a return slip and an apology. Have a good day.

Gotta have a receipt for as proof of purchase (dah!) and to be sure that what you did buy in case something was forgot (accidentally left behind)

Had a horrible experience with a customer service person and her Supervisor both NOT KNOWLEDGABLE. THEY COULD NOT TELL ME THAT IF YOU REPORT YOUR CREDIT CARD STOLEN THAT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REDO THE AUTO DEBIT FEATURE.

COME TO FIND OUT THAT I WENT TO GET GAS ON MY NEW CARD AND I WAS DENIED BECAUSE I DID NOT make a payment which I was not aware that you have to reset all the information for the new card which I had to find out on my own!

I asked if this was going to effect my credit I was new late in making a payment and rudely told it would be sent to the credit bureau! On top of that I made 2 payments while they were on line and both payments went through on my side but did not show up on there side!!!!

Fashion nova so called return and refund policy, I did nothing but order my items waiting for them I got an email saying they were returned, I never even seen my order then they sent me a partial e-card refund, I tried to use it did not know how and charge my card again and still have my refund, I reached out to them and they still didnt even try to resolve the situation,

Credit card issue

I attempted to charge over 900k on my card last week however it was declined. I ended up having to put 3000.00 on my amex and lost all the points. I will unlikly use this in the furture.
