I ordered 2 dresses feb15, didn't receive dresses until feb 22, shipped back mar 22 but they say they didn't receive until march 27 so it was 2 days late being returned so they won't credit my credit card back they sent me the amount in a freaking gift card. This was.
$300 purchase - I don't want $300 in a freaking gift card! Called customer service & got a snotty response that they can't help me- asked to speak with a supervisor was told ok but she will tell you the same thing. Waited more than 10 mins for her to request a supervisor to call me back. The supervisor called the next day with the same snotty attitude and I doubt it was even her supervisor.
So needles to say I am stuck with a $300 gift card and will have to continue to pay interest on my credit card they refused to put the money back on. Very diasappinted in tj maxx company & wont be shopping there anymore!
