Feb. 9th ordered dress.
Returned and you received Feb14. I have called 5 times and today was again told 10-15 days for refund. This is ridiculous! Today March 26th and still no refund!
I will continue to search and make phone calls to get my credit card credited. You are the worse and should not be in business. Your customer service is horrible! You train your people to lie.
Each time I called I was told something different. I will always tell people of my terrible experience with you.
