Placed order a week ago and used free shipping over $89 advantage. When products were yet not shipped I called and the customer service rep said they will send email when they ship.

Its the policy so technically 8-10 business days means we ship in 2 weeks since the date of order and you receive it when it comes it comes. She took my number as I asked for manager to call 3 days yet to receive a call. Moreover you cant cancel the order once placed they make you go to store and return items for refund. In this day and age this kind of shipping and customer service sucks.

Never again will buy from this store online.

Good prices but worst customer service and even worse logistics. Won't be surprise if they go out of business in next 2-3 years thanks to stores like Amazon, Kohls, Macy's, Nordstormrack.
