I placed an order 10 days ago with TJ Maxx. I tried to get in contact with their customer service and was simply told that they will tell me when it ships.
I then got a message from Bank of America that my card was being put on hold for fraudulent activity. I looked, and it was TJ Maxx reversing then re-charging my order amount. This is ridiculous...
not only am I out the $90 I spent until whenever they feel like shipping my package, now I have to go through my bank to get a new bank card. Completely unacceptable.
